J.G.M. Properties, Inc. is a small, family owned, commercial management company. It was founded in 1980 and is currently located in Bloomington, MN at 1224 West 96th Street. Our management company strives to provide the best in customer service and care for our tenants. Each building we manage has it's own partnership in which we are the managing partner. This allows us to carefully budget and maintain each one.

Jay  is the President of J.G.M. Properties Jim is our Property Manager, Karen is our Office Administrator and Billing Manager, Heather takes the maintenance calls, Linda is our Payables Manager, and Eli is in charge of Leasing and Marketing.

Over the past four years we at J.G.M. Properties have streamlined our systems to provide more timely and accurate service to our tenants. As you will experience, J.G.M. is continuing to innovate using the latest technology and is motivated to find and implement better systems in our office. We strive to give the best personalized service to our tenants.

At JGM Properties we own and manage our own office, warehouse and retail properties. This site is for our current tenants as well as businesses and brokers who are looking for space. TO VIEW TENANT PERKS


Florida Condo:
Each tenant gets one week at the two bedroom Florida Condo from Saturday to Saturday from May 1st to November 15th. Tenants that have never experienced the Florida Condo have first rights to schedule a week by calling in January, all other tenants may reserve their week by calling in February or there after. The only charge to the tenant is for cleaning and sales tax.

Vikings, Gopher Football, Minnesota Wild, and General Event Tickets:
J.G.M. Properties has a number of season tickets to the Vikings, Minnesota Gophers football, St. Paul Saints, and Minnesota Wild; we also have seasonal access to Renaissance Festival tickets, Bed & Breakfast certificates, FREE Under Water World Passes, and more! Each tenant is eligible to receive complimentary ticket to the above events, based on availability.

Anniversary Gifts:
In recognition of each tenant's lease anniversary, gifts of flowers or gourmet food baskets are delivered to their office. Gifts may change from year to year.
 
Summer Tenant Appreciation Party:
Each summer the JGM Properties staff provides a "BBQ style" lunch for each one of our buildings. Burgers, brats, grilled chicked breasts, sides, chips, and beverages are served. This is a great time for our staff to meet you and for you to meet your neighbors in the building. We hope that tenants can get to know one another better and potentially create business synergy or a strategic alliance.

We also sponsor an annual golf tournament each year in June. Our goal is to raise money for the National Diabetes Association as well as the Wild Life Rehabilitation Clinic.
We raise $10,000-$15,000 annually on average.
